Admission to Communion

In June we will be starting classes for young people who are around 9 or 10 years of age, that have already been baptised and would like to be admitted to communion. Classes will happen during the St Mark’s 9:30 service. See Geoff or Nia to apply.

Myanmar Earthquake Emergency Appeal

ABM AID is raising funds for emergency relief efforts in Mandalay and Taungoo. Food packs, water and mosquito nets are the immediate needs of those displaced by the earthquake. If you want to contribute you can either use this link: Earthquake Appeal Or give through the Parish this weekend.

ABM NEWS This Lent, ABM AID is supporting Anglican church partners around the world who are actively working to combat gender-based violence and promote women’s empowerment through education, community leadership and sustainable livelihoods. For example, the Anglican Church in Vanuatu and Papua New Guinea empowers women through literacy programs that equip them with essential skills for economic participation and leadership.
